Terms of Service

1) I reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any commission request at my discretion.
2) Commissions are not first-come, first-served basis.
3) Full upfront payment via PayPal Invoice is required upon sketch approval. Work will not continue until payment is received.
4) NO REFUND once payment is made. Though, if I (the artist) must cancel the commission due to personal reasons, a full refund will be provided.
5) The final piece will be delivered as a high-resolution digital files via email. No physical product will be shipped.
6) Max 3x revision while sketching, and only minor adjustment (e.g., color tweaks) are allowed after it's finished (major changes will cost extra).
7) Commissions typically takes 7 days after payment. May take earlier or longer depending on complexity & current queue. If unexpected delays occur, I will notify you immediately.
8) Commissioned artwork can be used for personal and promotional use (e.g., profile picture, streaming, social media icons, thumbnails, backgrounds, etc). You may not use it for commercial merchandise, reselling, or claiming credit for the creation.
9) Commercial production rights (e.g., merch, goods, etc) require an additional fee.
10) I reserve the right to post the artwork on social media or use it as a portfolio sample. If you wish to keep the commission private, please inform me before payment.
